Arequipa Colca Canyon + Cruz del Condor 2D/1N
Colca is one of the best tourist destinations in Peru, located in the northeast end of Arequipa, Colca Canyon is the second deepest canyon in the world with 4.150metros, after Cotahuasi canyon.
Itinerario:
DAY 1: AREQUIPA + CHIVAY
You will be picked up with our tourist transportation from your accommodation in Arequipa. We head towards the magnificent Colca Canyon, while enjoying a stunning scenery on the way. Our first stop in the Canyon is Pampa Canahuas sector, followed by Mirador de los Andes (4,910 meters).
You have the opportunity for lunch at Chivay village; afterwards you are dropped off at your selected hotel. After settled in your accommodations you will head for the hot springs of Calera. In the evening you have multiple options for dinner before you can enjoy a Folklore-dance-show.
DAY 2: CHIVAY + CRUZ DEL CONDOR + AREQUIPA
Today you will wake up early to eat breakfast at your hotel and then we depart for the Cruz del Condor. At the Cruz del Condor we will see the majestic Condor, the world’s largest flying bird. After Cruz del Condor we visit three traditional villages named Pinchollo, Yanque, and Maca where you learn about the local people’s lives and culture. Then we visit the town of Chivay for the opportunity to eat lunch after that back to Arequipa and transfer to the Hotel.
