Cusco Canotaje in Cusipata + Chuquicahuana 2D/1N

The Upper Urubamba valley is densely populated and intensely cultivated using irrigation. There are many vestiges of the Inca Empire, including the remains of the famous Inca citadel of Machu Picchu.

Itinerario:

DAY 1: CUSCO + CUSIPATA

Pick up from the Hotel at the agreed time, our bus will take us to the camp located in the south of Cusco in the upper part of the Urubamaba (Vilcanota) river, we will arrive in 2 hours approx. Upon arrival at the camp, you will be provided with all the boating equipment, such as: helmet, life jacket, neoprene suit and a waterproof jacket.

Then the expert class V guides will give you a safety talk and instructions on boating on class III rapids.

After crossing the river for 2 hours and 30 min. Of canoeing our transport will return you to the camp where you can change and relax, take a hot shower and then a delicious lunch. The night will be spent in the tent camp.

DAY 2: CHUQUICAHUANA + CUSCO

After a healthy breakfast we will transport upstream to the Puente Acomayo. Once again our expert guides prepare all the equipment suitable for canoeing in class III and IV rapids depending on the season of the year, this section of the river can present rapids up to class V. after accomplishing 2 hours and ½ of boating enjoying Of the waves, we will arrive by the river until the camping Cusipata where already will be preparing a delicious lunch. Then return to the city of Cusco before dark.
