Cusco + Puerto Maldonado 2D/1N

DAY 1: CUSCO + PUERTO MALDONADO + LAKE SANDOVAL

Upon arrival in the city of Puerto Maldonado, our guide will contact you at Padre Aldamiz Airport, to take you to the center of the city where you can visit the exotic local market, of course depending on the time of arrival to this city.
Then we head to Puerto Capitanía where we embark in our boat conditioned to sail the River Bajo Madre de Dios for about an hour, when arriving at the Hostel our staff will welcome you with a refreshing drink, characteristic of our Amazon Rainforest, lunch, enjoying The Amazon landscape and the Madre de Dios river.
In the afternoon we cross the river in our boat to the entrance of Lake Sandoval that is inside the National Reserve of Tambopata, where we make a walk of approximately an hour and a half, to get to the vicinity of one of the most beautiful places of the Jungle Amazon, the Sandoval Lake which shows a unique and harmonious landscape, complemented by the existing flora and fauna.
We can climb an observation tower over 25 meters high to observe the shape of the lake and of course the entire Amazon. Then we return to our hostel and in the evening we have a delicious and traditional dinner.

DAY 2: COLPA DE LOROS + VISIT TO THE CITY + RETURN TO CUSCO OR LIMA

In the morning, we headed for the Colpa de Parrots where a unique show awaits us. It is necessary to sail for an hour and a half to reach the area where a wall of clay offers the resort to dozens of parrots, which congregate daily Very early to ingest the clay present in this area, after enjoying this show of the Nature, we go to the city of Puerto Maldonado, brief visit in the city, we ready to take the flight that will lead us to Cusco or Lima, as the case may be.
